Deacon James C. Williams

James C. “Bobby” Williams, 80 transitioned Monday, January 10, 2022 at UNC Health – Lenoir in Kinston, North Carolina. 

He was the widower of the late Helen Irene Kornegay Williams.  He is survived by his children,  Eric L. Williams (Treiste) of Clayton, NC, and James R. Williams (Latisha) of Nashville, TN, and Nakia W. McCall (Anthony) of Jacksonville, NC.  Six grandchildren, one whom he helped rear, Eric L. Williams, Jr. (Sarah) and a beloved sister, Louise Maye (Woodrow). 

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2022.

Public viewing, Saturday, January 15, 2022  12:00 PM – 12:50 PM at Mt. Calvary FWB Church, 602 S. Wooten St. LaGrange North Carolina. The funeral will follow at 1:00 PM.  Interment – Fairview Cemetery
